Electronic Devices


Although students are permitted to have in their possession the following items while at Meadowbrook Middle School, these items should not be seen, heard, or used while on campus. They must be turned off as soon as a student is on campus and must be put away.

These items include but are not limited to:

Ø cell phones

Ø iPods or any other electronic media device

Ø playing cards

Ø other electronic devices

Ø other items not conducive to the learning environment

Violations of this policy may result in confiscation of the device and/or other disciplinary actions.

The parent/guardian will make arrangements to pick up the device from the school.

At no time shall Orange County Public Schools be responsible for theft, loss or damage to cell phones or other electronic devices brought onto its property.
